Why the three-year line
Every memory Reminisce writes costs real money. Grouping a library into occasions and writing each story means sending the photographs of every occasion through an AI model, and a library that goes back ten years holds many times more occasions than one that goes back three. Working through the whole archive is the most expensive thing Reminisce does, so it belongs to the plan that pays for it.
The free plan is honest about this: it covers the last three years and the most memorable occasions in them, which is enough to see what Reminisce does with your photos. Premium covers the cost of processing every year and every occasion, and the older years open the moment you upgrade.
Common questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel, and you cancel from the billing controls in your web account settings. When Premium ends, the free-plan limits apply again and Premium features become unavailable; your account and photos stay.
Is uninstalling the app the same as cancelling?
No. Uninstalling or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Cancel from account settings, or delete your account, which also cancels any web subscription.
Does Premium include printed books?
Keepsakes are PDF files you can save, send or take to a printer. Printing and delivery are not included.
Which platforms?
iPhone today, including iCloud Photos. The Android app is coming. Web upload of old archives works in any modern browser with Premium.
